These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter \u201cGTC\u201d) govern the sale of services offered by JRS Racing, in particular:– Preparation, optimisation and maintenance of mountain bike suspension systems,– On-site adjustment and optimisation,<\/p>

– Technical support during races or events, – Training courses on maintenance and adjustments,– Supply of related products or packs.<\/p>

Any order implies the customer\u2019s unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Services and quotes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The services are described in the commercial documents (website, quotation, specific contract). A quotation may be drawn up for each enquiry. The client\u2019s approval of the quotation constitutes a firm and definitive acceptance. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Prices and terms of payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes where applicable.
– Payment is due in accordance with the terms set out in the quotation or invoice.
– In the event of late payment, late payment penalties will be applied in accordance with the legislation in force.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Terms and conditions of performance<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Services are provided either in the workshop or directly on site (races, training sessions, events).<\/p>

Prerequisites (equipment):<\/p>

– The bicycle on display must be in working order and safe to ride.
– JRS Racing may refuse to carry out the tests if the equipment is deemed to be dangerous.
– If the bicycle is not in working order or unsuitable for testing, the fee is still payable and no refund will be given.
– If JRS Racing needs to carry out repairs, a specific quote will be drawn up and invoiced separately.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. The customer\u2019s obligations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The customer remains solely responsible for:– the condition and maintenance of their equipment,– complying with the instructions provided by JRS Racing, – the use of the settings following any work carried out.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

JRS Racing applies its expertise with care, but cannot be held liable for: – inappropriate use of the equipment,– subsequent modifications made by the customer,– damage resulting from mountain biking (a high-risk activity),<\/p>

– a fall, injury or death suffered by the client during trial sessions or following a service.<\/p>

In the event of test rides, if the customer breaks their bike and is unable to continue, no refund will be given.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7. Cancellation \/ Postponement<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

– Any service cancelled by the customer less than 48 hours before the scheduled date is payable in full. – Any sums paid in advance are non-refundable.
– In the event of force majeure, the service may be postponed at no extra cost.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

8. Warranty on suspension repairs<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Suspension repairs are covered by a 1-month warranty following the repair or testing.This warranty applies only if the fault is attributable to JRS Racing.The following are excluded: misuse, neglect, subsequent adjustments made by the customer or a third party, and normal wear and tear.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The methods and solutions developed by JRS Racing, in particular the Absorbent system, are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of JRS Racing. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Provision of services<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The services provided (preparation, optimisation, suspension maintenance, on-site support, training, etc.) are tailor-made and adapted to the client\u2019s needs.<\/p>

– No right of withdrawal or refund is available once the service has commenced or been completed.
– In the event of cancellation by the client less than 72 hours before the scheduled date, the full fee remains payable.<\/p>

– If the customer is unable to continue with the test rides (due to a bike breakdown, faulty equipment, injury, etc.), no full or partial refund will be given.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Products<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Products sold by JRS Racing (e.g. absorbent materials, suspension parts, accessories) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with current legislation.<\/p>

Return conditions:– Product must be new, unused and unassembled, – Original packaging must be complete and undamaged.<\/p>

Return postage costs are payable by the customer, unless the error in processing the order is attributable to JRS Racing. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, JRS Racing will, as appropriate, arrange for an exchange, a credit note or a refund (excluding the original postage costs). <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For any return request, the customer must:1. Contact JRS Racing by email at contact@jrs-racing.com, stating the order number and the reason for the return. 2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.3. Post the product to the address provided, ensuring it is properly packed and protected. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
